How much do ADU plans cost?
Pricing depends on size and complexity (new build vs. garage conversion). We give a fixed quote at your free consultation, no surprises. As a guide, custom single-story ADUs start at $3,500.
How long does it take?
Simple projects can be permit-ready in as little as one week. Custom ADUs and additions take longer, depending on site measurements and how quickly we get your feedback on the draft.
Do you handle permitting?
We produce permit-ready drawings and coordinate Title-24. You or your contractor submit to the city; we revise the set until it’s accepted.
Are building department comments included?
Yes. We address all building department plan-check comments until your set is approved. City corrections are part of the process.
